Himelman, Wertheim & Geller was formed
in October 2003. Its founding partners have more than 60 years of
combined legal experience. Immediately prior to forming Himelman,
Wertheim & Geller, its members worked for a large, prestigious
New Jersey law firm. The members of Himelman,
Wertheim & Geller continue to service the same types of clients
they previously served and are able to continue the personal touch
on all matters which they have previously displayed.
Himelman, Wertheim & Geller has quickly
built a reputation of big firm ability with a small firm personal
touch. The matters remain sophisticated and receive personal attention.
The firm has already been involved in cases in the areas of corporate
governance and community association law, which have been published
and made new law. In environmental cost recovery actions filed on
the behalf of property owners against insurance companies, the firm
has recovered significant assets that enabled clients to complete

use approvals.
